We have been working on many Social Initiatives for the benefit of the workers and their families.
- We employ distressed women in rural society, train them on the job and make them useful for the company. At present, we employ about 30 ladies in our total strength of 100 workers.
- We have provided interest free loan to workers to obtain
- LPG Connection -30 Workers.
- Electricity connection.
- Construction of toilets at Home for Workers & Staff.
- All children excelled in education are rewarded every year since 2010.
- We distribute books and Notebooks at the beginning of the year to all studying children of the workers.
- We subsidize one 3D/2N tour of our employees to sightseeing places in and around 500 km radius every year.
- We distribute products like utensils, crockery, water purifier etc useful for employees family during Dasara festival.
